This week was all about getting out of my comfort zone. It’s one thing to bang on about facing your fears but the whole point of Iquitmyjob is to SHOW not tell.
So here I am getting out of my comfort zone as I type.
You see for me, one of the hardest things to do is reach out and ask for help.
But guess what? Don’t ask, don’t get. So I'm sucking it up and putting myself out there.
I’ve entered a competition on Carman’s Kitchen to win $5000 to get my iquitmyjob website up and running AND to publish my book.
At last count I need about 200 votes to win. Unfortunately my Mum can only vote once…so if I REALLY want to win there’s no getting round it, I have to face my fear of rejection and ask directly for some help... in just a second hehe
Have you ever noticed how in the process of creating what we want it often gets uncomfortable? Damit. I really like being comfortable. But I’m not letting it stop me. What kind of example would I be setting if I did that.
